What is your return window?
Seven days from delivery. Drop us a note at hello@kalasthapati.com with a photo and order number, and we'll guide you through the next step.
What if the toy arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 48 hours. We'll replace the piece at no cost, including the return shipment.
Are the small variations defects?
Each Etikoppaka piece is hand-turned, so colour, grain and finish vary slightly. These are signatures of the craft, not defects, and not covered by returns.
How are refunds processed?
Once we receive the returned piece, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
