2. Our products
Every Etikoppaka piece is handmade with natural materials. Small variations in colour, grain, and finish are part of the craft and are not defects. Photographs are representative; the piece you receive will be uniquely its own.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund where payment has been made.
4. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our direct control, but we will always help track and resolve them. Please see our Shipping page for full details.
5. Returns and replacements
We accept returns and replacements for items damaged in transit or sent in error. Please refer to our Returns page for the full process and time windows.
6. Intellectual property
All photography, illustration, copy, and design on this site are the property of Kala Sthapati and may not be reproduced without written permission.
